BOOKING PROCEDURE & PAYMENT
Sadly, we have experienced late cancellations in the past, which have cost us money; therefore we have reluctantly had to impose a £50.00 booking charge which is refundable in the event of cancellations notified to us more than 14 days before the visit. When you have made a provisional date for your visit, would you kindly telephone to check that we have availability before sending your booking form.

Please note for visits during a Special Event:
As it can be very busy on Special Events days, and the number of Groups we are able to take is restricted, early booking is recommended; For the Tulip Festival we have occasionally had to turn away bookings so we will require a £100 deposit per coach/group to secure the booking which will be non refundable. Should you wish to send a coach at the last moment you are always welcome to telephone and we will do our very best to fit you in.
Upon receipt of your group booking form we will send a letter of confirmation and a pre-payment voucher. The balance can be paid on the day by cheque, cash or credit card. It is very helpful if the Organiser or Guide collects entrance money before arriving at Pashley and presents one payment.

CONDUCTED TOURS
Personally Conducted Tours of the Garden either led by James Sellick (the Owner), or the Head Gardener, Keith Boylett, may be arranged. The tours last 1-1½ hours. The cost is for up to 20 people £100, plus Admission Fee, for over 20 people an extra £4.00 is charged for each additional person.  Alternatively, a short introductory talk can be arranged which lasts 15 minutes at a cost of £25.00 for up to approximately 30 people.  This talk gives a brief history on both Pashley Manor and the Gardens.

DISABLED VISITORS
Due to the sloping nature of the garden, and the gravel paths, motorised wheelchairs are advised or a strong person to push! We have two wheelchairs (non-motorised) which we loan but they must be pre-booked. We also have special lavatory facilities.

SHOP
The Pashley Gift Shop is in the Great Hall of the House and caters for every taste from postcards and local honey to tulip vases and hand-embroidered cushions.  We also have an exhibition of Botanical paintings in the Garden Room Café —all exhibits are for sale.

PLANT SALES

A selection of plants and shrubs, many of which grow at Pashley, are available for purchase.

THE GARDEN ROOM CAFÉ
Pashley prides itself on its delicious refreshments which, on fine days, are taken on the terrace overlooking the Gardens, or otherwise, under cover in The Garden Room. The Café is licensed, serving a selection of fine wines, beers, minerals and ciders. Set menus are available but it is not compulsory for groups to pre-book refreshments. However, the Café operates a self service buffet style and it would be very helpful to know your requirements prior to your visit and how you wish to pay.  Please note that on Special Event Days as the Café operates with a slightly simplified menu, set menus are not available.

PICNICS
In fine weather picnics may be taken in the Car Park field (with a marvellous view over the surrounding hills), there are a few picnic tables and benches in the field but we regret picnics may not be taken in the Gardens. Please ensure you take all of your litter home with you.

PARKING
Pashley Parking is available for up to 5 coaches (and there is ample parking for cars). Coach drivers enter the Gardens free of charge, and will be presented with a Refreshment Voucher on arrival.

IMPORTANT NOTICE
We regret that we can accept no liability for any accident, loss or damage to persons or property on the estate.
