GUIDELINES FOR GROUPS
PAYMENT
Admission and guided tour charges are payable on arrival; Cheques should be made payable to Brighton & Hove City Council. Group rates are only available if the group leader pays for the whole group. All major credit and debit cards are accepted (except Diner’s Club).
GUIDED TOURS
It is strongly recommended that guided tours are booked in advance, particularly during the summer season. Tours last approximately one hour, including an introductory talk in a private lecture room.
Only Pavilion guides may conduct guided tours in the building. Other guides may escort groups through the building, co-operating with Pavilion staff to ensure smooth visitor flow.
Group organisers must ensure that groups arrive on time for a guided tour, and give 48 hours notice to cancel or alter the time of a booking. Groups that arrive more than 15 minutes late will be deemed to have cancelled, and the Pavilion cannot guarantee to provide the introductory talk and tour.
TIMED TICKETS
During July and August timed entrance tickets are in operation for unguided groups to prevent congestion within the building. Groups must book in advance.
