By far the most comprehensive list of Sussex links, Sussex information, local newspapers, local radio, the arts, leisure and tourism is the list provided by the East Sussex County Council Information Services Unit - the ISU. There is a local information list which is well worth looking through.
   
There is another comprehensive Sussex information database; it is a computer database of local and community information developed and managed by the Libraries, Information and Arts service of East Sussex County Council. ESCIS holds information about over 13,000 organisations based in East Sussex and Brighton and Hove.

Tide times: The best information is from the UK Hydrographic Office. Please take care if you want tide times in the Chichester area, or anywhere near the Solent, but elsewhere in Sussex from Rye to Bognor Regis you can add or subtract a few minutes to Brighton or Eastbourne tide times. Also note if the tables give GMT or BST times.
